Love Is Never Wrong

-Millions of men around the world love other men. Love is never wrong!

-Good morning … it’s Friday, the end of the traditional work week – and it’s good to have this week behind us.

-Out in our back yard this morning we have cloudy conditions and a mild 43 degrees. Color weather radar is showing some rain in northern Minnesota with snow in southern Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota at this hour.

Today’s northland weather forecast for our back yard and area of northern Minnesota is:

Rain showers likely. Highs 43 to 48. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph becoming east around 5 mph late in the afternoon. Chance of showers 70 percent.

Hopefully the snow that the Dakotas’ got yesterday – some places getting as much as 32 inches of snow with winds up to 72 miles per hour – blizzard conditions – I hope that weather does not come this far east.

Snow and colder weather are moving into Minnesota today turning rain into snow in the west central and south central parts of the state.

Snow will fall in areas along and south of a line from Montevideo to the southern Twin Cities to the Goodhue County line, the National Weather Service said this morning. Areas north of this line will see a mix of rain and snow that will change to all snow this evening. Up to three inches of snow are expected across parts of central and south central Minnesota by Saturday morning.

-Gay-rights supporters filed three lawsuits as of Wednesday asking the California Supreme Court to overturn Proposition 8, an effort the measure’s supporters called an attempt to subvert the will of voters.

Lawyers for same-sex couples argued that the anti-gay-marriage measure was an illegal constitutional revision – not a more limited amendment, as backers maintained – because it fundamentally altered the guarantee of equal protection. A constitutional revision, unlike an amendment, must be approved by the Legislature before going to voters.

Seven people have been arrested during ongoing protests in Los Angeles and San Francisco against California’s passage of Prop 8, a ban on gay marriage.

It’s time that gay men, not only in America but around the world are given their God given rights – and that is the right of equal treatment and equality in every form.

-Here at home … yesterday was a miserable wet windy day. It was dark, cloudy and basically crappy. Steve wanted me to come down for lunch with him – but I instead opted to just stay home and make a hot dish and some bars for dessert – and keep warm.

The winds blew and the leaves were swirling around – it was a sure sign that winter was not to far away.

-Special thanks to my partner Steve – for dedicating his November 6th posting to my “What Warren Likes“, to me.  Every movie Steve talked about in his post … are my favorite movies … I just love em.

And he’s right … I do tend to catch a few z’s … during the movies … I guess it’s the darkness of the theater, the popcorn and having Steve by my side – that just allows me to drift off and catch a snooze – once in a while. :-)

Lastly .. Steve is bold and loves my “jello” as he calls it.  He’s forever grabbing my balls during a movie – and the only thing I can say is … Don’t ever stop pal! ;-)

He’s got the Midas Touch.

If you haven’t seen any of those movies, by all means go out and rent them or buy them – I know you’ll enjoy each one.

-Things that make you happy:

  • The sun in the sky
  • Hearing about something good happening to someone nice
  • Knowing it’s your man and love when the telephone rings
  • The center of a soft fresh cinnamon roll
  • Christmas time
  • Being understood
  • Sleeping
  • The feeling when you cum
  • A good game of tennis
  • Exact change
  • Winning a game
  • Holding the door for the person behind you
  • The smile of a stranger
  • Going for a walk

-This afternoon, around 5:00 p.m. .. Steve and I take off for Steve’s home town and a weekend with his family.  We are going to be in west south central Minnesota to visit his mom/dad/sisters and nephews.

Then on Sunday we are driving up to the north west part of Minnesota ..  near Detroit Lakes to pick up a relative of mine – who is coming to visit us for a week.

Steve and I will be returning home Sunday evening probably around 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. – depending on the weather and driving conditions.

It’s going to be a great weekend to just get away and relax.

-Things we’ve read…

  • U-Haul is the world’s largest advertiser in the Yellow Pages.
  • The sun is 330,330 times larger than the earth.
  • First-cousin marriages are legal in Utah, so long as both parties are 65 or older!
  • Americans did not commonly use forks until after the Civil War.
  • A hard working adult sweats up to 4 gallons per day.

-Steve returns to work today … but the good thing for him and for many of you – is that is is the last day of the work week. So what are you going to do this weekend? Why don’t you share your thoughts with us by posting a comment.

We’d love to hear what your weekend plans are going to be!

-Just a reminder, that there will not be any blog tomorrow (Saturday) and (Sunday) but we will be blogging again on Monday morning.

-Well that’s about it for today…have a great weekend guys and we will see you back here on Monday.

-Until next time…

Marriott And Prop 8

-From my friend over at Voenix Rising…this tidbit of news:

marr_logowithbug_114x22

Time for a boycott, …

The Mormon church poured millions of dollars into the Yes on 8 campaign.  It’s time to hit the hate mongers in the only way they understand: in their wallets. Mariott is Mormon owned. Stay at a Marriott and you finance the repeal of your own civil rights, and those of your friends and families. Spread the word, never ever stay at a Marriott Hotel again.
