-It is cold here … 9 degrees above zero. Holy cow – these are winter temperatures and winter doesn’t start until a month from today!
-Good morning everyone and welcome to our blog … We are Steve (35) and Warren (62) and we live in beautiful cold frigid northern Minnesota. Soon to be the land of 10,000 snow flakes per square inch.
-Out in the back yard as I said a moment ago 9 degrees with very light snow coming down.
-Today’s northland weather forecast for our little corner of the world is:
Decreasing clouds. Occasional flurries in the morning. Highs 18 to 23. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Wind chill readings 10 below to 20 below zero in the morning.
Gosh, it can’t get much more exciting than that….tonight is going to be “darn cold”.
-The Stupid Thirty-Three borrowed from Erik:
1. When was the last time you cried? On the outside? it. On the inside? The last time I cried was last weekend, worrying the miserable conversation I had with Steve on Thursday last week on our way to Minneapolis and about our dog health over the weekend. I cried on the inside because Steve and I disagreed, and I cried on the outside because of our dogs health.

4. What is your favorite lunch meat? I would have to say thin sliced ham.
5. Do you have kids? Biologically, yes – a son.
6. If you were another person would you be friends with you? Yes, I think so. I’m a nice person who loves others for who they are.

13. What is your favorite ice cream? That’s easy – strawberry!
14. What is the first thing you notice about people? On men, their face any time of the year, but in the summer – their chest and package!
Hey, why not?
15. Red or pink? Red, definitely.
16. What is your least favorite thing about yourself? My penis, I’ve always wanted about 7 1/2 inches.

33. Least likely to respond? I don’t know that either, I’m not a mind reader.
-Steve will be getting up in about 20 minutes or so – for his last day of work for this week. As for the weekend, well I don’t think we will be doing to much – it’s going to be cold and we are both a bit short on “cash” this weekend … so probably just a trip to the grocery store and back home. I’ve got to buy a turkey for my thanksgiving next week and a few little things – but not to much.
We’ve got tons of television programs on the TIVO that need to be watched … so we will probably catch up on that – which will be good.
We don’t have to put up Christmas lights outside this year – simply because we never took them down last year.
That’s ok, they are a color that blend in well with the house trim and most people never even noticed that they were still up.
-Well guys that looks like it for today. I’m not sure what I’m going to do on this the 21st of November – but at least I’ll be in the house and nice and warm.
We wish each of you a “Happy Friday” – make the most of this the last work day of the week and we will see you back here tomorrow morning about the same time.
-Until next time…
